LONDON (Alliance News) - Tower Resources PLC Tuesday said Eric Griffith has joined the company as asset manager.
The oil and gas explorer said Griffith, 49, is joining from Centrica PLC, where he was business manager for international assets. It said it has issued him with 10 million share options with an exercise price of 0.75 pence a share. The options will best in three equal tranches of 12, 24 and 36 months.
"Eric's appointment as Asset Manager is an important milestone for Tower, signalling the widening of our capability to match the expansion in our Asset Portfolio," Nigel Quinton, Tower's head of exploration said in a statement.
Tower Resources shares were down 1.3% at 0.740 pence early Tuesday.
