LONDON (Alliance News) - Oil and Gas exploration company Tower Resources PLC said Tuesday that it had completed its acquisition of Wilton Petroleum Limited for USD1.6 million cash and 120 million Tower Resources ordinary shares.
Tower, an independent oil and gas exploration company focused on Africa, will apply for the admission of 120 million consideration shares on the AIM market for around October 4.
Shares in Tower Resources were trading up 3.7% at 1.40 pence Tuesday morning, making the share element of the acquisition price worth about USD2.7 million.
