LONDON (Alliance News) - AIM-listed Toumaz Ltd on Monday said Hossein Yassaie has resigned as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Martin Knight, chairman of the wireless semiconductor technology company, thanked Yassaie for his "significant contribution" over the past seven years.
Earlier on Monday, Yassaie stepped down from his role as chief executive of Imagination Technologies PLC, as the chip-designer issued a profit warning, reigniting concerns over the slowing semiconductor market. Andrew Heath, an Imagination Technologies non-executive director, was named interim chief executive.
Shares in Toumaz were down 4.0% at 3.00 pence on Monday afternoon.
