Touchstone Gold's GOS Wins Intelligence Product Contract

25th Mar 2015 10:19

LONDON (Alliance News) - Touchstone Gold Ltd Wednesday said the GOS Systems security technology company it recently bought has won a new contract to deploy Technical Surveillance Counter Measure equipment that provides intelligence-gathering services to an unnamed government department.

In a statement, the company said the product, which is based on GOS' proprietary technology, will deliver monitoring systems to assist the client with targeted intelligence gathering capability, threat identification and the ability to track such threats effectively in a timely and secure manner

It didn't name the government or give any financial details about the deal.

The news comes after Touchstone said Monday that GOS had gone into a Mobile Virtual Network Operator agreement with an unnamed British telecommunications services provider, a move that strengthens GOS's own service provision capabilities.

"Since GOS was acquired from the administrator it has not only retained its clients, but added to them both quantitatively as well as qualitatively. I look forward to providing shareholders with further positive news in the months ahead," Touchstone Chief operating Officer Franz Forrester said.

Touchstone Gold shares were down 4.1% at 0.456 pence Wednesday morning. The stock has fallen 38% so far in 2015.
