LONDON (Alliance News) - Touchstone Gold Ltd Monday said the GOS Systems security technology company it recently bought has gone into a Mobile Virtual Network Operator agreement with an unnamed British telecommunications services provider, a move that strengthen GOS's own service provision capabilities.
"The arrangements further advance our strategy of growing GOS' product offering to existing and new customers as we focus on expanding our global customer footprint and increasing recurring revenue. We are well positioned to benefit from a sizeable and growing number of customers already choosing GOS, and we see firm opportunities in both the near and medium term to further accelerate our growth," GOS Chief Executive Jamie Ridealgh said.
Touchstone Gold Chief Operating Officer Franz Forrester added that Touchstone Gold is continuing to review other investment opportunities.
Still, its shares were down 2.1% at 0.489 pence Monday morning.
