LONDON (Alliance News) - Totally PLC on Thursday said it has won three new physiotherapy contracts and has launched a pilot programme designed to raise awareness and reduce the risk of diabetes and heart disease.
Totally, which provides out-of-hospital services to the UK healthcare sector, said it won the three physiotherapy services deals through its Premier Physical Healthcare Ltd unit, a provider of physiotherapy services in the south east of England. The three deals are worth GBP120,000 a year in total.
Premier won a four-year occupational health physiotherapy framework deal with Surrey and Sussex Police Force, providing musculoskeletal physiotherapy services. The deal is worth GBP60,000 a year and will run to the end of June 2020.
In addition, Premier secured renewals on two contracts with South Kent Coast and Milton Keynes NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups for physiotherapy services. Each contract is worth GBP30,000 a year.
Totally added it has started work with Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust on a pilot programme to raise awareness of diabetes and cardiovascular disease amongst "disengaged parts of the local population".
Shares in Totally were up 4.9% to 64.50 pence Thursday.
