Totally Unit To End Out-of-Hours GP Service Pact With Somerset NHS

LONDON (Alliance News) - Totally PLC, a provider of a range of out-of-hospital services to the healthcare sector in the UK, said Wednesday that unit Vocare Ltd has mutually agreed to conclude its contract to deliver Somerset Clinical Commissioning Group's Out-of-Hours GP Service by April 30.

Vocare will continue to work closely with Somerset CCG as the provider of its NHS 111 services and Clinical Assessment Services in Somerset, the company added.

The company does not expect the contract conclusion to impact the financial outlook of the current financial period, or beyond.

Shares in Totally closed at 33.00p, down 2.9%.
