(Alliance News) - Totally PLC on Tuesday said Chair Bob Holt has written to shareholders with 100 shares or fewer in the company, expressing his willingness to buy such shares.
The out-of-hospital services firm explained that the sale of these small shareholdings "would reduce the number of registered shareholders significantly and would achieve cost savings for the company as it incurs printing and posting costs whenever documents are sent to shareholders."
Shares in Totally ended 1.4% higher at 15.92 pence in London in morning trading.
