Torotrak Says CEO Deering Will Leave By May 31

19th Jan 2015 09:37

LONDON (Alliance News) - Transport technology company Torotrak PLC on Monday confirmed Chief Executive Jeremy Deering will leave his position by the end of May.

Deering announced his plan to step down in November and has remained with the company in the interim in order to ensure an orderly transition while the board identifies a replacement.

"On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Jeremy for his leadership of the company over the last three years and prior to that, for his role in securing the key licensing arrangements that funded the company to get to where it is today," said Torotrak Chairman Nick Barter.

Torotrak shares were untraded on Monday, having last traded at 15.43 pence.
