LONDON (Alliance News) - Emissions reduction and fuel efficiency technology provider Torotrak PLC on Friday said Jonathan Hilton has stepped down as an executive director and taken up his new role as the company's non-executive deputy chairman.
Hilton will also act as a consultant to the company to work on specific business development opportunities as agreed with Chief Executive Adam Robson.
Torotrak shares were down 0.7% to 7.00 pence on Friday.
