LONDON (Alliance News) - FTSE 100-listed RSA Insurance Group PLC said Tuesday it has poached FTSE 250-listed Jupiter Fund Management PLC's chief financial officer to run its own finances.
Charlotte Jones is expected to remain in her role at Jupiter until August 2019 and is "focused" on delivering Jupiter's full year results on March 1.
Jupiter has started its search for a new finance head.
Jones, currently a non-executive director of RSA Insurance, said she has "enjoyed" getting to know the business. She will replace Scott Egan, who became head of RSA's UK & International division at the start of February.
Shares in RSA Insurance were down 0.7% Tuesday at 535.00 pence each. Jupiter Fund was trading down 0.5% at 332.80p.
