(Alliance News) - Pest control company Rentokil Initial PLC on Monday said Chief Financial Officer Jeremy Townsend will be stepping down in August after 10 years in the role.
Townsend will be succeeded by Stuart Ingall-Tombs, current CFO of Rentokil's North America region. Ingall-Tombs has been with Rentokil since 2007 and his previous roles include CFO Europe and group financial controller & treasurer.
Ingall-Tombs will take over as CFO on August 15, the day after Townsend departs, and will be paid an annual GBP500,000 base salary increasing to GBP550,000 on the first anniversary of his appointment provided his performance is satisfactory.
Outgoing CFO Townsend has joined the board of Wm Morrison Supermarkets PLC as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Shares in Rentokil were up 0.3% at 516.60 pence in London in morning trading.
