LONDON (Alliance News) - FTSE 100-listed Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC said Thursday it has raised USD2.00 billion via issue of notes to fund general banking business.
The lender has priced USD1.25 billion worth of 4.519% fixed rate to floating notes due 2024 and USD750 million worth of floating rate notes due 2024. The offering is scheduled to close on June 25.
Shares in Royal Bank of Scotland were up 0.7% at 259.60 pence on Thursday.
