LONDON (Alliance News) - PZ Cussons PLC on Monday said it has appointed Caroline Silver as non-executive chairman, effective from January 1, 2017, following the retirement of Richard Harvey.
Silver has been a non-executive director of the consumer products company since April 2014.
"I am delighted that Caroline has agreed to succeed me. She has exceptional business credentials and has contributed greatly to the company in her role as a non-executive director. This continuity and her strategic vision and leadership skills will serve the company well," Chairman Richard Harvey said in a statement.
