LONDON (Alliance News) - Anglo-South African paper and packaging company Mondi PLC on Wednesday said Chief Executive David Hathorn will step down after its annual general meeting in May.
Hathorn will be replaced by Peter Oswald, currently an executive director and the CEO of Mondi's Europe & International division. Hathorn has been CEO of Mondi since 2000.
Mondi said the pair will work together over the next few months before Hathorn steps down from the Mondi board on May 11. He will remain with the company until then retiring in February 2018.
