LONDON (Alliance News) - International Consolidated Airlines Group SA on Monday said that Chief Financial Officer Enrique Dupuy de Lome will step down from the board at the company's annual general meeting in June.
Steve Gunning, currently CFO at IAG's main operating company British Airways, will take over Dupuy de Lome's role.
Dupuy de Lome has been CFO of IAG over the past eight years and prior to that he was CFO of Iberia, also part of IAG, for 20 years.
Chief Executive Officer Willie Walsh said: "Enrique has done a fantastic job at IAG. He played a critical role in establishing the group and was a major force in delivering our strong financial performance."
"I'd like to welcome Steve to his new role. His appointment serves as evidence of the strength and depth of the IAG leadership team."
IAG shares were trading 0.7% higher at 546.20 pence each.
