(Alliance News) - Hargreaves Lansdown on Monday named Andrea Blance and Moni Mannings as independent non-executive directors, effective September 1.
Blance has held leadership roles within finance, risk & regulation and marketing & strategy at Legal & General Group PLC. Blance is currently a senior independent director at Provident Financial PLC.
Mannings has served on the boards of Dairy Crest Group PLC, Polypipe Group PLC and Solicitors Regulation Authority. She is currently senior independent director at Investec Bank PLC and a non-executive director at both easyJet PLC and Breedon Group PLC.
Hargreaves Lansdown Chair Deanna Oppenheimer said: "I'm delighted to welcome both Andrea and Moni to the group board. Both bring exceptional experience at executive and non-executive director level and will continue to strengthen the skills and diversity of the group board. These appointments reinforce the group board's focus on strong governance and continue to increase the depth of succession planning in place."
Hargreaves Lansdown shares were down 0.3% at 1,765.00 pence each on Monday morning in London.
