LONDON (Alliance News) - FTSE 100-listed outsourcer Capita PLC on Friday said it has secured GBP72.0 million customer services contract extension with FTSE 250 department store operator Debenhams PLC.
The extension will mean the contract will run to September 2022.
Under the terms of the deal, Capita will continue to provide customer services on behalf of Debenhams, including managing its online and retail store ordering and delivery.
"The extension of Capita's partnership with Debenhams reflects our commitment to find efficient, cost-effective ways for businesses to engage with their customers during an ever-changing, multi-channel world," said Capita Chief Executive Andy Parker.
Capita shares were down 0.3% to 1,015.00 pence early Friday, while Debenhams shares were down 0.6% at 77.90p.
