LONDON (Alliance News) - Telecom services provider Toople PLC said Tuesday that it has agreed to nine new partner agreements across the UK for the provision of services on a wholesale basis.
Partners selling Toople's services include specialist telecoms resellers, utility, chip and pin, energy and mobile providers to small and medium companies in Birmingham, Blackpool, Bolton, Bradford, Leicester, Norwich, Oxfordshire, Sheffield and Havant.
"Wholesale is an important channel for us to develop to help support our organic growth strategy. We are increasingly signing deals with partners from a variety of industries to provide white label services. These resellers have access to Toople's own Merlin platform, which allows them to connect with carriers and to provide billing services to their own customers seamlessly," said Chief Executive Officer Andy Hollingworth.
In addition, Toople said it has completed its placing first announced earlier in September, raising GBP2.2 million through the issue of 733.3 million shares at 0.3 pence per share.
Shares in Toople were flat at 0.31 pence on Tuesday.
