LONDON (Alliance News) - Toople PLC on Monday said it has launched a new cloud business telephony service for its target small and medium enterprise audience and wholesale customers.
The telecoms service provider said it is launching two service options, Toople.com Classic and Toople.com Premium. With this launch, Toople said it now offers a "full, unified communications package to its target market", and expects this to lead to further customer acquisition.
"The launch of Toople business phone systems enables us to deliver complete unified communications to our small business customers. With free Toople business broadband and Toople mobile, we are excited about the complete solution we now deliver to small business," said Chief Executive Officer Andy Hollingworth in a statement.
"Indeed we see the business phone systems becoming an increasingly important part of our proposition mix. We believe it is a great value add for our existing customers, a key driver for new customer acquisition and we anticipate it being a high margin and cash generative proposition for Toople," Hollingworth added.
Shares in Toople were down 6.8% at 3.38 pence Monday.
