TOC Property Backed Lending Trust To Raise GBP1.4 Million By Placing (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - TOC Property Backed Lending Trust PLC said on Wednesday it intends to raise GBP1.4 million through a placing of 1.4 million shares at a price of 100 pence per share.

Shares in the closed-ended investment trust were untraded on Wednesday, last quoted at 107.00 pence.

Proceeds from the placing will go towards diversifying the company's portfolio, with a pipeline of opportunities, consisting of supporting existing projects and new schemes.

The placing will be conducted by finnCap Ltd through an accelerated bookbuild process with immediate effect.
