LONDON (Alliance News) - TMT Investments PLC, which invests in internet-based companies across a variety of sectors, on Monday said its portfolio company Depositphotos Inc has conducted a USD5.0 million equity financing round led by the venture capital arm of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
The deal was the second of two expected equity financing rounds by portfolio companies noted by TMT on November 30.
"Further details will be announced in due course, once the transaction is fully completed," TMT said on Monday.
Depositphotos is a stock photo marketplace headquartered in New York.
Shares in TMT were untraded on Monday morning, having closed at USD1.78 on Friday.
