LONDON (Alliance News) - Tlou Energy Ltd on Thursday said work on the Lesedi coal bed methane project in Botswana progressed in the first quarter.
Tlou said long-term gas testing continued in the first quarter at Lesedi and a sustained gas flow was achieved post the end of March.
The company added the changes in well pressure indicate gas production rates from the site will continue to increase, while it has also received positive indications on getting approval for its gas-to-power project.
Tlou shares were up 7.7% to 3.5 pence.
