LONDON (Alliance News) - Coal-bed methane development company Tlou Energy Ltd on Wednesday said Managing Director and Chief Executive Anthony Gilby is to take an extended leave of absence due to ill health.
Gabaake Gabaake, Tlou's executive director, will be acting managing director and CEO in the meantime, assisted by Chief Financial Officer Colm Cloonan, who will take on the additional role of deputy chief executive.
Tlou shares were untraded on Wednesday morning, having last traded at 5.95 pence.
