LONDON (Alliance News) - Tiziana Life Sciences PLC said Tuesday that it has commenced underwritten public offering in the US of American Depositary Shares representing ordinary shares in the company.
The UK biotechnology company said the number of ordinary shares represented by ADSs comprised in the offering will be within existing shareholder authorities. The company has applied to have its ADSs listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol "TLSA".
Laidlaw & Co (UK) Ltd is acting as the representative of the underwriters in respect of the offering.
Shares in Tiziana Life were trading 5.0% higher at 121.80 pence each on AIM market.
