LONDON (Alliance News) - Tissue Regenix Group PLC on Friday said it has appointed Paul Devlin as its group finance director with immediate effect.
Tissue Regenix, a regenerative medical devices company, said Devlin joins from an interim assignment for a private equity house, which it did not name. Prior to this, he was finance director at Fletcher Bakeries Ltd, which was acquired in 2014 by UK-listed Finsbury Food Group PLC.
"We are delighted to welcome Paul as group finance director. He will play a pivotal role in the strategic direction of Tissue Regenix over the coming years and the experience he brings will be invaluable to the company as we accelerate the breadth, depth and scope of our commercial activity," said Tissue Regenix Chief Executive Antony Odell.
