LONDON (Alliance News) - Medical devices firm Tissue Regenix Group PLC said on Tuesday that Chief Executive Officer Steve Couldwell will return to his full time duties in June, following a leave of absence.
In December, it was announced that Couldwell would take a leave of absence starting from January due to ill health, and undergo medical treatment.
During that period, Chair John Samuel had become interim executive chairman, and Chief Financial Officer Gareth Jones had assumed interim chief operating officer role.
"During his necessary absence Steve remained in daily contact with the business and continued to be integral to implementing the business strategy and establishing future business developments, along with the support of Gareth Jones who undertook the chief operating officer role during this period. The business has continued to develop in line with the board expectations," Samuel said.
Shares in Tissue Regenix were down 2.0% at 5.95 pence on Tuesday.
