(Alliance News) - Time Out Group PLC on Monday said its founder & Non-Executive Director Tony Elliott has died.
Elliott founded the London-headquartered media and leisure business which owns Time Out magazine in 1968.
"We are saddened by the loss of such a great visionary, entrepreneur and supporter of culture and the arts. We have been lucky enough to work alongside Tony for the last 10 years, partnering with him to inspire audiences in 327 cities throughout the world. He will be missed by the whole team at Time Out," said Chair Peter Dubens.
Shares in Time Out were trading 4.4% lower at 37.75 pence each on Monday morning in London.
