LONDON (Alliance News) - TI Fluid Systems PLC said Friday it hired former AstraZeneca PLC and Wincanton PLC executive Andrea Dunstan as a non-executive director at the liquid handling systems maker with effect from Thursday.
Dunstan was previously executive human resources director at drugmaker AstraZeneca and logistics firm Wincanton as well as having a similar roles at Barclays Bank PLC. Most recently, she served as chief people officer at electronic components distributor Premier Farnell PLC until 2017.
She is currently the non-executive director at Sumo Group PLC, which provides services to video game developers, and Macfarlane Group PLC, a packaging and label company.
"We are delighted to welcome Andrea Dunstan to our board," TI Fluid Chair Amnfred Wennemer said. "She brings with her extensive experience and boardroom knowledge which I believe will enhance the capabilities of our board. We look forward to her contribution."
Shares in TI Fluid were 2.3% lower at 172.40 pence on Friday.
