TI Fluid promotes Hans Dieltjens to CEO, expands executive team

21st Sep 2021 13:40

(Alliance News) - TI Fluid Systems PLC on Tuesday named Hans Dieltjens as its new chief executive, effective October 1.

Dieltjens has worked in TI Fluid for 25 years, most recently as chief operating officer, and will replace William Kozyra upon his retirement.

"Hans will assume this leadership role at a strategically important time for the company as it is accelerating its electric vehicle strategy success and reinforcing its position as a leading provider of thermal solutions for the automotive industry," the company said.

The Oxford-based company makes products including brake fluids and fuel tanks for manufacturers of cars and other light vehicles.

Alongside Dieltjens's promotion, TI Fluid is expanding its executive committee to further its electric vehicle strategy.

It has appointed Autoliv Inc's Stephanie Jett as chief commercial officer, effective October 1. Johannes Helmich joined the company on September 1 as chief technology officer and will play a "crucial role" in the design and development of TI Fluid's product portfolio, with a focus on electric vehicle products.

Mark Sullivan, who joined the company earlier this year from Plastic Omnium Group, has been appointed chief operating officer.

"These important additions to our executive team will further strengthen the company's ability to execute our electric vehicle strategy, while also enabling us to deliver on our near-term objectives," said Chair Manfred Wennemer.

TI Fluid has facilities in 107 locations across 28 countries serving global original equipment manufacturers.

Shares were down 0.2% at 266.37 pence in London on Tuesday afternoon.
