LONDON (Alliance News) - People screening technology provider Thruvision Group PLC on Wednesday proposed a tender offer to buyback 47.0 million shares at a price of 17 pence per share, reflecting 28% of the company's issued share capital.
Shares in Thruvision were up 8.7% at 15.70 pence on Wednesday.
The company said it made a surplus of capital following the sale of its video business at the end of October 2017, and intends to return that capital to its shareholders through the offer.
The offer will be made by Investec Bank PLC and close on August 8.
