(Alliance News) - Glanbia PLC on Thursday said three board members are set to step down.
Independent Non-Executive Director Richard Laube will depart for "family and personal reasons" immediately, and Glanbia said it will start looking for a replacement immediately.
Fellow non-executive directors Jer Doheny and Eamon Power, who represent Glanbia Co-operative Society Ltd, will retire from the board at the annual general meeting on April 22.
The Irish nutrition firm said that, in line with its agreement with the co-operative society, the number of directors it nominates to the Glanbia board will be reduced to 7 from 8 this year, falling to 6 in 2022.
Glanbia shares were down 2.4% at EUR10.59 in London on Thursday afternoon.
