Thor Mining Issue 2.9 Million Shares Following Warrants Exercise (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Thor Mining PLC said Thursday that it has raised GBP25,184 through the issue of 2.9 million shares at a price of 1.20 pence per share following the exercise of warrants.

Thor Mining now has 648.6 million shares issued overall.

Shares in the exploration company were down 2.2% at 2.20 pence on Thursday.
