LONDON (Alliance News) - Thor Mining PLC Wednesday said it has appointed Ray Ridge as chief financial officer with immediate effect, replacing Allan Burchard, who will now focus on advisory roles with a number of private companies.
The AIM-listed mining group focused on Australia said Ridge is a chartered accountant with 20 years of experience, including service with Arthur Andersen, Elders Limited and more recently, with engineering & construction company, Parsons Brinckerhoff.
Thor Mining shares were trading at 0.190 pence Wednesday morning, down 0.005 pence or 2.6%.
