LONDON (Alliance News) - The Unite Group PLC Tuesday said it is launching GBP185 million of bonds issued by the UNITE UK Student Accommodation Fund under its debt funding platform.
The UK developer and manager of student accommodation said the secured bonds will have a 12 year maturity and a fixed coupon of 3.921%.
The company said the proceeds will be used to repay secured debt that is due to mature in the next two years.
The Unite Group shares were down 0.1% to 395 pence Tuesday.
