LONDON (Alliance News) - Thalassa Holdings Ltd said Thursday that the autonomous sea trials conducted by its subsidiary Autonomous Robotics Ltd in Plymouth harbour were successful.
The surveying services firm said that the trial of a prototype flying node autonomous underwater vehicle are a "major step forward" in the proof of concept prototype development phase.
The autonomous underwater vehicle demonstrated "exceptionally" stable flight and accurate navigation during the trial, the company added.
Thalassa shares were trading down 2.7% at 92.0 pence each.
