Tex Holdings In Talks With UK Regulator As It Eyes Return To Trading

20th Jan 2020 15:00

(Alliance News) - Engineering company Tex Holdings PLC on Monday said it liasing with the UK's Financial Conduct Authority after applying for its shares to return to trading.

Tex, which has been suspended since April, applied for a restoration in early December, the company said.

The company's shares were suspended at its own request while it clarified its financial position. The company also missed the deadline for reporting its 2018 accounts, though it has since been published.

Tex added: "The company applied for the restoration of its listing in early December 2019 and is currently responding to matters raised by the FCA."

On its trading, Tex said it has maintained a record book and expects its revenue for 2020 to meet expectations.

In September, the company reported that it had a record order book worth more than GBP12 million.
