6th Oct 2015 10:06

LONDON (Alliance News) - Tertiary Minerals PLC on Tuesday said it has raised GBP650,000 via a share placing to back the next phase of drilling at its projects.

Tertiary said it has placed 28.9 million shares at 2.25 pence per share to raise the funds. Tertiary shares were down 14% to 2.70 pence on the news of the discounted placing.

Tertiary said the funding will back drilling at its fluorspar projects. Fluorspar, also known as fluorite, is an important industrial mineral composed of calcium and fluorine used in a wide variety of chemical, metallurgical and ceramic processes.
