LONDON (Alliance News) - Property development and investment company Terrace Hill Group PLC Thursday said it plans to acquire a 5.3 acre site in North Yorkshire to develop a 1,394 square metre net foodstore.
The site in Stokesley will be developed with 173 car parking spaces and a petrol filling station, as well as access infrastructure including a new roundabout junction on the A172.
However, the plans are conditional and a public consultation process will commence with a planning application expected to be submitted near the end of 2013.
If planning permission is granted, Terrace Hill anticipates that the new foodstore will be open by Easter 2015.
The stock was trading at 27.00 pence Thursday morning, up 0.38 pence or 1.4%.
