LONDON (Alliance News) - Terra Catalyst Fund on Thursday said its net asset value rose in the first half as it continues to work to improve the quality of its remaining asset.
Terra Catalyst's only asset is Spazio Investments NV, an Italian industrial real estate investor. The company is focused on attempting to boost the marketabilitiy of the Spazio portfolio through asset refurbishment and re-leasing.
The company's net asset value per share rose to 1.91 pence in the half to the end of September from 1.89p a year earlier.
The company said the property market improved in Italy in the first half, though still remains weak overall.
Spazio now owns 169 properties, mainly industrial and logistics assets.
Terra shares were untraded on Thursday, having last traded at 105.60p.
