Tern Says Investment Company Has Seen Orders Increase Threefold

LONDON (Alliance News) - Tern PLC said Tuesday that its investment company, Flexiant Ltd, had seen orders increase more than threefold in 2013 compared to 2012.

Flexiant is a cloud management software provider. Tern invested in Flexiant in November 2013.

Flexiant also undertook a number of joint initiatives in February with Parallels Inc, including integrating its Flexiant Cloud Orchestration platform with Parallels Automation. The two companies have also signed an agreement that allows Parallel's to resell Flexiant's products globally.

Shares in Tern are untraded Tuesday. They last traded down 12.5% at 1.75 pence.
