Ten Alps To Change Name To Zinc Media To "Break With The Past"

29th Feb 2016 10:29

LONDON (Alliance News) - Television production, communications and publishing firm Ten Alps PLC on Monday outlined plans to change its name to Zinc Media Group PLC.

The company will change its group brand name to Zinc Media from Tuesday, but will continue operating with Ten Alps as the name of the holding company.

In due course, however, it intends to apply to change the name of the whole group to Zinc Media.

"The name change is an important milestone in the reorganisation and transformation of the company, marking a clear break with the past, and we now have the opportunity to redefine the identity and ambition of the group," said Mark Wood, Ten Alps' chief executive.

Ten Alps shares were untraded on Monday, having last traded at 1.85 pence.
