LONDON (Alliance News) - Ten Alps PLC Thursday said that various shareholders have given it a GBP300,000 unsecured capital injection, with the funds earmarked for business development and general working capital requirements.
In a statement, Ten Alps said that a GBP150,000 loan note has been issued to Herald Investment Trust, its largest shareholder, under the injection. Certain other shareholders have been issued with GBP100,000 loan note, while Non-Executive Director Tim Hoare has been issued with a GBP50,000 loan note.
Ten Alps also said that it has appointed Mark Wood, the former CEO of Future PLC, as a non-executive.
