LONDON (Alliance News) - Ten Alps PLC on Wednesday said Chief Financial Officer Nitil Patel has tendered his resignation.
Patel will work his notice period and help the company ensure an orderly transition to his successor, the search for whom is underway.
Ten Alps is a multimedia content producer for TV and radio that was co-founded by musician Bob Geldof. In June, it agreed a reverse takeover of Reef Television for about GBP5 million.
Ten Alps shares were untraded on Wednesday, having last traded at 3.15 pence.
