LONDON (Alliance News) - Telit Communications PLC Monday said that its Italian subsidiary has won its appeal against the Italian tax authorities in regards to three VAT assessments.
The appeal filed by Telit's Italian subsidiary, Telit Communications SpA, was upheld by the local tax court and the assessment have been annulled.
Shares in Telit were up 0.1% at 219.75 pence Monday morning.
