Greenwood - a qualified barrister - will also serve as chair of Telit's remuneration committee. Liran previously served as chief executive of Ericsson Israel, part of Ericsson AB.
"These appointments complete the board's transformation and enhance its capabilities with Miriam's financial markets and Shlomo's telecoms expertise," Telit Chairman Richard Kilsby said.
