LONDON (Alliance News) - Technology and intellectual property services company Tekcapital PLC on Thursday said it has won a range of new clients and said it has expanded its Science Advisory Board.
Tekcapital said that since its trading update in November, it has won contracts from a Japanese-listed pharmaceutical company, a Finnish technology company, and an Israeli biotechnology firm.
It did not name any of the customers nor provide any financial details on the contracts.
Tekcapital added it is currently in negotiations for a series of new contracts worldwide.
The group also said it has added Marielle Gross, an obstetrics and gynaecology expert at Johns Hopkins University, to its Science Advisory Board.
"Tekcapital's client base now includes some of the world's most renowned companies and this demonstrates the strength of our proposition and the demand for it. We are currently in contract negotiations with a number of companies in the US, Europe and Asia which we expect to have a significant impact on total client numbers, a key growth metric for the company, in future reporting periods," said Clifford Gross, Tekcapital's executive chairman.
Tekcapital shares were up 2.0% to 20.15 pence on Thursday.
