LONDON (Alliance News) - Tekcapital PLC on Monday said it has signed a strategic alliance agreement with Mexico-based technology transfer company Bajainnova SAPI de CV.
Under the deal, Bajainnova will market all of Tekcapital's services in Mexico, a "large potential market for the company's technology transfer services", Tekcapital said.
No financial details of the deal were given.
Shares in Tekcapital were untraded on Monday, having last traded at 37.70 pence.
