(Alliance News) - TechFinancials Inc said on Monday it has completed a share purchase agreement to sell its entire holding in MarketFinancials Ltd for EUR100,000.
The asset was loss-making, the firm said. As previously announced, the company has already received the payment of the purchase price in full in advance of completion.
Shares in TechFinancials closed untraded at 3.00 pence in London on Monday.
