(Alliance News) - Video games developer Team17 Group PLC said Friday it has appointed Mark Crawford as interim chief financial officer with immediate effect.
He will be replacing Jo Jones, who will step down on Friday next week to take another role elsewhere after a year in the role since 2018. Jones will work alongside Crawford to ensure an orderly handover before she leaves.
Crawford will be joining Team17 from online travel business TravelUp Group PLC, where he was chief financial officer for a year since 2018. Prior to that, he was chief financial officer at engineering firm TP Group PLC for two years from 2014 to 2016.
Crawford is expected to remain as interim chief financial officer on a full-time basis until April next year or until a permanent CFO is appointed.
Shares in Team17 were up 1.4% at 330.00 pence on Friday in London.
